This gorgeous speciman was the last attempt for Carroll Shelby to make his mark in the automotive retail world...er...at least his last attempt of many to come. The year 1969 was the last version of the short 6 year production & as an assembly line speciality Ford Mustang. It was longer & wider...it had all the ponies...it was quite fancy & they couldn't give them away ! In fact all 1970 versions of this GT-350 were all leftover 1969 models w/extra stripes & a front spoiler (that this example lacks). It is serial # 2328. It's Wimbledon White w/blue side stripes is as outstanding today as it was 38 years ago. It's Black interior is striking w/it's sporty console & Hurst 4 Spd.shifter. It was rotisserie restored in 1994 to a very high standard. Factory Air Conditioning was added at that time. Not a bad option to have while in Florida...huh ? It has a pair of headers on it, a better cooling radiator & a better radio...however, the original manifolds, original radiator & AM Radio all come w/the car. It has a date code correct 351 motor. It also comes w/a stack of receipts from 1994's resto. It is in the Shelby registry listing living w/it's last owner for no less than 13 years. It now has 47K original documented miles. In fact the Indiana title shows 39K actual miles on it from 1994. It was driven just 8K miles in the last 13 years. It has been garaged most of it's life & is still currently, a show winner.
