The 1970 Charger model was the last year for this B-body style that was produced from 1968 thru 1970. This happens to be one of the most prime examples ever produced having it's original fender tag to show it's long list of goodies. It's build date is (929) September 1969 & was built with the following options: (EB5) Light Blue Metallic,(C6B5) Bright Blue with (C55) Bucket Seat interior,(E87) 440/6 Pack w/390HP,(D21) 4 Spd. Pistol Grip transmission,(C16) Center Console,(A34) Dana 4:10 Super Trac Pac rear end,(B51) Power Front Disc Brakes, (N85) Tach in Dash,(R11) AM Radio,(J25) 3 Spd.Wipers,(G33) Remote Driverside Mirror,(26) Heavy Duty Radiator, (V21) Blackout Painted Front Hood,(J45) Hood Pins,(V6W) White Side "C" Stripes (currently has a White V8W Bumblebee Stripe),(M21) Drip Rail Moldings & (M31) Body Belt Side Moldings. It also has the 1st year issued Rallye Wheels & the full woodgrain package that looks wonderful. It has been painted just once to a very high standard. It's Blue interior still appears completely original & quite fresh which is very unusual to find. The engine compartment & the undercarriage are now completely redone to new condition at a cost of over $12K.!!!
The body panels as well as the floors are all original, showing no rust or damage ever. Galen Govier inspected & decoded this Charger in person & this report will accompany the car's new owner after the sale. This 57,300 mile matching # 440/6 Pack Charger is as good of an investment as there is available today. Being a great color combo & having NO VINYL TOP EVER makes this one of, if not the most desirable Charger on the planet today! Don't forget...it was 1 of only 346 Pistol Grip Charger's made which is so far rarer than a comparable Challenger or Cuda w/over 1500 of each made.
