1928 OM Tipo 665 Supercharged Tourer
$149,500. For the 1927 Mille Miglia, O.M. built three special cars, with lightweight bodies, engines capable of 80 hp and led by the experienced team of Ferdinando Minoja (Minoia) and Morandi. The O.M.s took the first three places in the grueling event, defeating Lancias, Alfa Romeo RLSS, Isotta-Fraschinis and Tazio Nuvolari driving a Bianchi.This touring bodied example is quite rare. It has a Supercharged 2 liter motor having only 70 horsepower w/excellent performance. This OM (Officine Meccaniche) appeared at Pebble Beach in 2005 & is ready for the next Mille Miglia. |

1955 Alfa Romeo 1900 SS Ghia-Aigle Cabriolet Show Car
$249,500. The Import Automobile business during the 1950's was a fast growing sector for the new generation of Sports cars that competed directly against the Chevy Corvette. Companies like Ferrari, Maserati & Lancia used many outside Coachwork facilities to build custom bodied prototypes for display purposes @ shows all over Europe. Alfa Romeo was no different. This 1900 Cabriolet was made thru a partnership between Ghia of Italy & a Swiss firm named Aigle...hence Ghia-Aigle was hired to make a very special open top Prototype based on the 1900 model for the 1955 Geneva Auto Salon. It was the 1st of only 8 cars made by the Swiss firm. This is a 1-off made Cabriolet that has a very colorful history from new. |

Shelby took the GT-350 to the World Championships winning against the best competition from GM & Chrysler. This example, # SFM5S430, is a personal car of ours since 2001. It was the 2nd fastest H-Production race car in Florida in 1970 being beaten by only the Ford Factory w/a 427 equipped Galaxie Wagon. After 1967, all Shelby Mustangs's were made in a Ford Factory on a regular production line. Being 1 of 3000 cars made that year, it is 1 of 1000 total made for the Hertz Corporation to rent to ordinary individuals that didn't have access, nor the funds to buy one. 1966 Ford Mustang "K" Code GT Fastback

1975 Oldsmobile Toronado Brougham
Selling @ RM Auction 3/26 In the 1970's, the King of the Road for luxo-barges was always GM for it's Caddy line. The Eldorado was now it's Big Sporty Coupe that many famous Pimps & Ball Players drove daily. Oldsmobile was getting the Eldorado under it's Toronado nameplate & not many were made as compared to Caddy. But the Toronado was like driving the Darth Vader version of the Eldo as you can see from this all original example offered here. This special ordered Toronado was delivered to Bully Motor Sales in Defiance Ohio for a total of $8404.in it's original Sage Green all over. It has 74K original miles, looks like 14K miles having all of it's factory paint,top & interior.Perfect for that MTV Rapper in you or a very eclectic consumer. |

1976 Lotus Esprit RHD "Museum Piece"
$POA. In the 1970's many of the small British sportscar manufacturer's were having trouble keeping their doors open. The Lotus Company was also feeling the bad economy & was no exception. The new model called the Esprit was just introduced to the world & what a beautiful car it was. The Esprit model was the car that saved Lotus from going under forever. This example we have on hand is the worlds best restored Esprit. It was a pure labor of love having a full "body off frame" restoration leaving nothing either replaced or restored to way better than new condition. It is Yellow with over the top Green & Red "Plaid" interior, 5 spd. & & was featured on the cover of Octane magazine. This Esprit is fantastic ! |

1987 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe
Selling @ RM Auction 3/26 Few cars during the 1980's will ever be remembered, most forgotten. Chevy, for it's last few years of Monte Carlo production did this Limited Edition model. The Aerocoupe was a limited-production special first seen for 1986. Only 200 were built to qualify the design for use in stock car racing. For 1987, production was somewhat less limited: a total of 6052. This pretty Aerocoupe is quite a rare version in it's White & Burgandy color combo having the ultimate option of Factory T-Tops, a killer cruiser ! |

1993 AC Autokraft Cobra Mk.IV "Lightweight"
$85,000. When the word "Cobra" is mentioned to any car gut, he envisions what Carroll Shelby designed to be the fastest production race cars ever manufactured. The original Cobras were made in the UK by the AC company. They were converted from their Bristol/Ace production run model made from all aluminum. The infamous wide bodied Cobras today are the most desirable. This example was one of the last Mark IV's produced & was built to "Lightweight" specs being just 1 of 47 ever made. |

1993 GMC Typhoon
$19,500. The GMC Typhoon was a high-performance version of the GMC Jimmy SUV. Produced in 1992 and 1993, the Typhoon was based on the 1991 GMC Jimmy SUV. The Typhoon was capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds and could do a quarter-mile run in 14.1 seconds at 95 mph (153 km/h). Car and Driver was impressed, comparing the Syclone's performance favorably to the Ferrari 348ts, Chevrolet Corvette, and Nissan 300ZX Turbo. It was a bargain at $33,000. fully equipped. |

The Cooper factory made deals with several outside sources to convert their 'lil Mini into an open top classic. This series of Mini's in particular was 1 of 75 made from 1991 thru 1996 & commissioned "Lamm Autohaus" of Germany, which did a factory type application. Pretty in British Green w/Black trim. 1974 De Tomaso Pantera GTS "Survivor"

The De Tomaso Pantera is one of those cars that hit the scene w/a bang during the early 70's when Ferrari & Lamborghini were on top of the world ! This Italian-American design was sold thru your local Lincoln-Mercury dealership during the downfall of the Muscle Car era & lasted only 4 years before Ford canned it. Although the Pantera sold for over 20 years, the US production was small & quite unsuccessful. This GTS variant was 1 of only 97 ever made for the US, making it a classic before it's time. Having only 2900 original miles & still wearing it's original paint & interior, this museum piece is surely the most valuable Pantera on earth !

Oh those classic cottage built British car manufacturers...especially the now defunked TVR from Blackpool...one of our favorite sportscars ever. Since I had a fabulous '66 Griffith 200 model, I have always wanted an open top classic style TVR. This is a model 3000S Convertible, 1 of only 258 ever produced & was TVR's 1st open top car. This is a 53K original mile 100% original car including the Anthracite paintwork, the Tan interior & the Black soft top. It has factory side curtains w/no roll up windows & style ques like a 50's Austin Healey 3000...but oh so much rarer !

We took delivery in December as the 94's were hitting the showrooms. It is 1 of only 3 SC Speedsters made. It was the most expensive Mustang ever made @ $48K. to date as well as being the rarest production car from the Saleen compound ever ! It has more documentation than any car in the world...because I made sure of that. It will remain in the Brody Family forever & will certainly be the next '68 GT-500KR Convertible !! |

If you had to pick just one car from the post war era, that represented the future of all other sports cars to come...it has to be the infamous 300SL Gullwing Coupe from Mercedes Benz. It was designed as a rich man's touring sports coupe that could carry 2 people in absolute comfort, their luggage & belongings, all protected from any weather conditions in perfect style ! Only 1400 examples were produced from 1955 thru 1957.

How the heck we found 2 of these Gullwings...they both disappeared fast...this one is from 1956 that had been raced by it's 1st owner...he added a side outlet exhaust on the passenger side w/an on-off switch inside the car. Equipped w/Factory Chrome Rudge Knock-off wheels & matching luggage. It's probably the best Euro investment car today !

1999 Vector M12
SOLD...THANK YOU. The Vector M12 was a vehicle designed by the America-based Vector Aeromotive Corporation, and was the first vehicle produced after the company was bought by the Indonesian company Megatech. A 5.7 litre Lamborghini V12 engine, which produced 492 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque at 5200 rpm was chosen to power the car. There were just 18 Vector M12's produced (four pre-production models and 14 production models). One of the M12 pre-production cars was converted to racing specs by the factory, not successful in the few races it entered, always forced to retire due to mechanical problems each race. The Vector M12 was only produced from 1995 to 1999 making it 1 very rare Supercar ! |
